Mrs. Cobarrubias - Building Principal

My name is Dacia Cobarrubias and I have been honored to be the building principal at NB Galloway School since the fall of 2020. Though I live in Morris with my husband, Misael, and two sons, Gabriel and Michael, Channahon has always felt like home. I started my career in education as a student teacher, returned as a special education teacher for the district, and became the building principal of Galloway. I believe every child deserves to feel valued and supported. I am committed to helping meet students where they are in order to help them reach their full potential. I am proud to be part of Channahon School District 17, where a commitment to quality education and strong family partnerships helps create a foundation for lifelong success.

Mrs. Perry - Early Learning Administrator

My name is Katey Perry and I am proud to be the Early Learning Administrator at Galloway School. My journey in education began as a paraprofessional aide followed by time as an elementary teacher before transitioning to administration. I live in Manhattan with my husband, Byron, and our four children. I am passionate about helping children grow in their love of learning while supporting their social and academic development. I truly love being a part of the District 17 community and feel grateful every day to work alongside such wonderful families, staff, and students!
